Sammy Sailor is a sailor doll who lives at Ahoy Cottage. Sometimes he is OK with Noddy, but there was one time in "Noddy Sets a Trap", where Sammy had found a spare key to Noddy's garage and used his car at night to steal things. Poor Noddy kept getting the blame because everyone heard hearing his car go "Parp, Parp". Noddy and Big Ears disguised themselves as post boxes and chased Sammy around the town with Mr. Plod behind them. In the 1975 episode "Noddy and the Bumpy Dog", Sammy runs into Bumpy and his bike, Bumpy is hurt but Sammy just blames the dog for the crash and rides off.
Sammy is voiced with a Scottish accent by Jimmy Hibbert in Noddy's Toyland Adventures. In the 70's version, he has an english accent voiced by Richard Briers.
